The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island was built specifically to host the 1991 Ryder Cup 'War by the Shore.' Pete Dye designed every hole with ocean views, creating the most exposed course to the elements on the East Coast. The course plays dramatically different depending on wind conditions.

Bucket list experience
This course absolutely lives up to the hype. Every hole is memorable and the conditions were immaculate. Worth every penny.
Great course, challenging conditions
Beautiful course with stunning views. The wind made it very challenging but that's part of the experience. Pace of play was a bit slow.
